Anna Maria Vacation Rentals in Village Center Luxury

The residences consist of 2000 square feet under air, with an additional 650 square feet of covered balconies. Custom touches like crown molding, granite surfaces, tile floors throughout, stainless appliances and hurricane rated impact windows. Each kitchen boasts all wood, individually designed and built, custom cabinets. All spaces are protected with current code compliant fire sprinkler systems.

Meanwhile, we are preparing plans for the next two buildings just across the street, while acquiring new properties to expand on the opportunity to create a true village center where professionals, shopkeepers and artisans alike can live and work in paradise!  Take a tour of 315 & 317 Pine Avenue or 401 & 403 Pine Avenue.

Businesses Up and Running

Anna Maria Island Paradise Vacation Rentals (The Flip Flop People) took the first step in purchasing and occupying space at 315 Pine Avenue.  Owners Mike and Susan Brinson called this a “no brainer” as they moved their headquarters from Holmes Beach to this Anna Maria Village Center location. The additional space and key location gave them the opportunity to fully realize the true “guest services” aspect of their business, which is booming by the way.

Next to join the group, leasing space at 315 Pine Ave, was the shabby chic furniture and gifts boutique “Timeless Treasures” operated by Tammy Anzalone.  Tammy is a single Mom with a dream to replace corporate life with a business of her own.  Her creative touch and artistic flair was evident when she first started with just a few pieces in what seemed like a cavernous space. Now, it’s full tilt, wall to wall nostalgia, from funky to fine, you’ll find it at Timeless Treasures.

Front Porch Salon operators Loretta and Sara didn’t have far to go when they leased their space at 317 Pine Ave. Their shop had been operating for at least 15 years just across the street.  Their following is a literal who’s who of Anna Maria regulars.  They report a solid increase in business since moving to the new, updated, facilities.

Dr. Claire Starrett of Island Podiatry was also a long time provider to Anna Maria residents.  While she and her staff provide the same Podiatry care her patients have come to rely on over the years, they do it in a brand new facility at 317 Pine Ave.

Anna Maria Olive Oil Outpost owner Kelly Kary, a well known purveyor of Olive Oils, Spices, Cheeses and related items beloved by foodies when she operated Sarasota Olive Oil, was happy to move to her new namesake at 401 Pine Ave.  Her reasoning was simple: “Many of my customers were traveling from the Island to my shop in Sarasota. It made sense to come to them.  I am quite happy with the decision”.

Coming Soon

210, 216, 308 & 313 Pine Avenue

The buildings planned for these smaller lots on the North side of Pine Avenue are scaled down even further than those already in operation on the larger South side lots.  The residential units will consist of 1200 to 1700 square feet and continue with the river recovered wood floors while adding “washed board” interior wall spaces and “cozy cottage” look and feel.  The Commercial spaces will also be reduced in scale to meet the needs of the smaller “boutique” type businesses we expect to occupy the spaces.  Stay tuned as the first of these new buildings goes under construction during this summer and fall. See photos and floorplans of these properties.

Anna Maria Commercial Space

Recent data indicate that the Anna Maria City Pier is the third most visited site in Manatee County.  Residents and visitors must travel down Pine Avenue to get to the Pier.  Your shop or business is not required to create demand or draw traffic.  The idea is simply to tap into pre-existing visitor, residential and traffic counts.  Spaces ranging from 600 to 2500 sf are currently under construction or in the advanced planning stages.  All are constructed to the same “state-of-the-art” standards of strength, energy efficiency and environmental excellence. This combination of quality and location offer unequaled opportunity for community oriented shops and service providers to connect with residents and visitors alike.  Contact us to reserve your space now.
