Planned – 210 and 313 Pine Avenue
The buildings planned for these smaller lots on the North side of Pine Avenue are scaled down even further than those already in operation on the larger South side lots. 216, 218, 306 and 308 were completed recently. These, like those to follow continue with the river recovered wood floors while adding “washed board” interior wall spaces and “cozy cottage” look and feel. The Commercial spaces are also reduced in scale to meet the needs of the smaller “boutique” type businesses we expect to occupy the spaces.
